The application form is in PDF format and requires a special reader. The best known of these is Adobe Acrobat Reader which can be downloaded at http://www.adobe.com/. Since the reader weighs in at a hefty 33.5 megabytes it is difficult to download if you do not have broadband and may use up a signficant part of your allowance, even if you do. However, an excellent alternative is Foxit Reader which can be downloaded from http://www.foxitsoftware.com/ and which is only 2.55 megabytes.
